库是不支持 M33 启动的

uboot 里有m33 指令
cm33
      start_normal - Reset and start CM33 in normal mode with firmware
                        located at address (secure) and (non secure)
      start_debug - Reset and start CM33 in debug mode with firmware
                        located at address (secure) and (non secure)


=> cm33 start_debug 0x1001FF80 0x00010000
